Szczawno-Zdrój  is a picturesque  little town situated at the foot of Chełmiec in the Central Sudetes mountains. It is one of the oldest spa towns in Lower Silesia which gives a wide range of mineral water sources: “Mieszko”, “Dąbrówka”, “Młynarz”, “Marta”.
